Emily in Paris
Work, friends and romance all being played out in the great city of Paris, France. From the progression of season 1 into season 3 of this Netflix series, the audience follows Emily Cooper as she culturally adjusts herself when she is relocated from her job in the United States to France.
Working alongside Ralph, I was included in the pitch process for potential creative concepts, design style development and animated layouts. The show displays plenty of drama filled moments, and we are right there highlighting the best for fans.

Season One
Animated Gifs
Each episode of the show had a number of highlighted quotes for each character. A series of animated typographic gifs were then created. These animated gifs were uploaded to giphy.com for users to share as the show premiered.
Guysumé
Resumé + Emily’s love for guys = Emily’s Guysumé.
The show features Emily’s character with several love interests. Some better than others. During the run of the first season, a video resume series was created. Each love interest for Emily included bulleted traits and scene references.
French 101
Who said learning French was hard? A video series was introduced that would highlight terms used in the show that you could also use in your daily conversations. But be careful not to pronounce the words wrong, or you’ll find yourself in embarrassing situations like Emily.
Season Two
Emily’s Most Iconic Looks: Season 1
Emily Cooper served plenty of looks throughout the run of season 1. Not all of these looks were great but that’s one person’s opinion. The video has Lily Collins take the audience on this fashion journey.
Say Oui!
Posted as a Pinterest story, this video inspires fans to do as Emily Cooper: Say ‘oui!’ to joy in the new year. The video plays out how your life could be if you said ‘oui’ to the joys of life.
Season 3 + 4 Announcement
Seasons 1 and 2 have been released. Fans shouted for more and the creators heard! This video presents a new season (two seasons, actually) revealed! No further information is given as to when these new seasons will be released, but a little hope goes a long way for Emily in Paris fans.
Blooper Reel
Le oops! Not everything is perfectly played out as the final scenes show us. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get a line right. It’s a blooper reel! The video is designed to coordinate with the season 2 design style of French New Wave.
Season 3
Where We’ve Been
Before we dive into this next season, we need to catch the fans up. A little drama reminder of the events that happened at the end of season 2. Just in case you forgot. This series features quick summary points to each character’s status in an editorial-like approach and an even deeper dive into the French New Wave style.
Where We Left Off
This season pushed the fans into more chaos and having, once again, to pick up their jaws from the floor. This piece focuses on reviewing where each character is last left in their stories at the end.
